Preserve. Restore. Empower.

We are launching our biggest commitment so far – RE!Granting. The new grant-giving chapter at Re-Earth Initiative, working to give out $250’000 in the form of grants to support ecosystem restoration, measures against injustices, and frontline communities.

Re-Earthing our Planet Today For a Better Tomorrow.

Our grant program is designed to focus on two key areas: ecosystem restoration and social justice. We believe that restoring our natural ecosystems and addressing social injustices are critical to creating a more sustainable and equitable world. Through our grants, we aim to support projects and initiatives that contribute to ecosystem restoration efforts, such as reforestation, habitat restoration, and climate resilience. Additionally, we are committed to promoting social justice by supporting projects that address systemic injustices, promote diversity, equity, and inclusion, and uplift frontline communities.

The whole story.

  • Re-Earth Initiative is a registered 501c3 youth non-profit organization that consists of young people from all over the world. We began as “We The Planet” in 2020 with our international campaign for the 50th anniversary of Earth Day.

On 22 April 2020, we mobilized thousands of people to take part in our global digital protests. We asked each person to make 2 climate pledges for Earth Day - one individual, and one systemic. We were able to impact over 300,000 people, worldwide, through our partnerships and content.

We are now working on different campaigns and projects that touch upon topics from fashion and carbon removal to indigenous rights and the power of young people.

  • Our newest project ‘RE!Earthing the Planet’ is designed to distribute 50 grants to deserving organizations and individuals working to empower their communities and create a positive impact on the environment.

At the Re-Earth Initiative, we aim to make the climate movement accessible to everyone. As a non-profit organisation, we know all too well the struggles that go into seeking financing. Thus, we hope to share our resources with you to ease the process, to build an intersectional, accessible and inclusive Climate Movement.
