«Since I was 14 years old I have advocated for gender, social, and climate justice.»
Comas is a semi-urban social sector that is the third biggest and most crowded district in Lima with one of the highest poverty rates in the capital city of Perú. There I grew up observing how inequalities and the consequences of the climate crisis affected my community directly. This inspired my activism and since I was 14 years old I have advocated for gender, social, and climate justice. In 2018 I received the Civic Medal of Honor of the Comas District.
